Wir sind das Bäuerinnenkollektiv Lawine auf dem Gutshof Neuendorf im Sande, etwa eine Stunde östlich von Berlin. Seit 2020 bauen wir hier die Landwirtschaft auf und bewirtschaften die umliegenden 16ha Ackerland in Form einer Solidarischen Landwirtschaft. Momentan bauen wir auf ca. 1-2ha ganzjährig Gemüse für unsere 80 Solawi-Mitglieder aus der Region an, beschäftigen uns mit dem langfristigen Aufbau von naturnahen Weideflächen für unsere zwei Ackerarbeitspferde und eine wachsende Milchziegenherde. Zudem entstehen gerade auf dem gesamten Gutshofgelände Naturschutzflächen in Form von Blühflächen, Baum- und Heckenpflanzungen.

Wir arbeiten als Kollektiv. Momentan sind wir in der Lawine 7 Bäuerinnen mit unterschiedlichsten Erfahrungshintergründen und Lernwegen aus den Bereichen Gemüsebau, Tierhaltung, Käseherstellung, Agroforst und Handwerk. Manche von uns haben die staatliche Ausbildung gemacht, manche bringen sich alles selbst bei, manche haben Ökolandbau studiert, manche die Freie Ausbildung hinter sich. Entscheidungen treffen wir gemeinsam, Verantwortungen werden möglichst auf alle verteilt, wobei es Schwerpunkte in den verschiedenen Arbeitsbereichen gibt.
Momentan besteht das Kollektiv aus sieben Frauen und wir möchten ein FLINTA*-Kollektiv bleiben. Kurzfristige Mitarbeit ist für uns auch mit nicht-FLINTA* Personen möglich. Wir üben uns darin, hierarchische und patriarchale Strukturen in unserem Arbeits- und Lebensalltag zu erkennen und zu reflektieren. Dabei möchten wir wohlwollend miteinander umgehen und gemeinsam voneinander lernen.

FLINTA* ist eine Abkürzung für Frauen, Lesben, Inter, Nicht-Binäre, Trans und Agender Personen.

Die Lawine ist Teil des größeren Gemeinschaftsprojekts Zusane (Zusammen in Neuendorf S.A.N.D.E. e.V.) auf dem Gutshof Neuendorf im Sande. Die Projektgruppe Zusane hat den Gutshof im Jahr 2018 übernommen und ist inzwischen eine Gruppe von 25 Erwachsenen und einigen Kindern, die sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, den Gutshof mit neuem Leben zu füllen, Wohnungen zu renovieren und Räume für handwerkliche, landwirtschaftliche, künstlerische und soziale Projekte zu schaffen. Der Gutshof hat zudem eine bewegte jüdische Geschichte, die aufgearbeitet und der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht werden soll. Auf dem Gelände leben außer uns noch etwa 20 Mieter*innen, die den Gutshof schon sehr lange als ihr Zuhause verstehen. Wir als Lawine sind Teil dieses Projekts und sehen uns nicht nur verantwortlich in der Landwirtschaft, sondern auch in der gesamten Entwicklung dieses Ortes und der Zusane-Gruppe mit all seinen schönen und unbequemen Seiten.

Wir suchen nun in der Lawine eine*n weitere*n Kollektivista für die Entwicklung der Ziegenherde und der Käseproduktion

Wir haben bereits mit dem Aufbau einer Ziegenherde seit 2021 begonnen. Momentan leben 11 Ziegen und 2 Ziegenkitze bei uns, für die wir schon einen kleinen Stall und eine provisorische Käseküche für den Eigenbedarf gebaut haben.

Die langfristige Idee dieses Projekts ist eine 40-köpfige Milchziegenherde und eine Käseproduktion für die schon bestehende Solawi und die Region aufzubauen. Dieser Plan der Entwicklung schließt einen größeren Stallbau, eine professionelle Käserei und das Aufbauen von verschiedenen Vermarktungswegen mit ein. Daneben umfasst der Wirkungsbereich auch die alltäglichen Arbeiten, wie die Versorgung und das Melken der Tiere, die Käseproduktion für den Eigenbedarf, die Pflege und der Aufbau der Weideflächen, etc. Bisher kümmert sich darum hauptverantwortlich eine Person aus unserem Kollektiv, was zu wenig ist, um die alltägliche Arbeit und die Weiterentwicklung zu stemmen.
Wir suchen deswegen eine Person (FLINTA*), die bereits Erfahrungen im Arbeiten mit Milchtieren und/oder der Käseproduktion gesammelt hat  - das ist eine Grundvoraussetzung - und sich zusammen und auf Augenhöhe mit der hier schon involvierten Person des Kollektivs hauptverantwortlich in die Entwicklung dieses Projekts einbringen möchte, eigene Ideen dazu mitbringt und Lust hat, gemeinsam zu schauen, wo es hingehen könnte!
Für uns ist es zudem wichtig, dass die*der neue Kollektivista sich in englischer Sprache verständigen kann, da unser „lawinisch“ ein Mix aus deutsch, englisch, spanisch und portugiesisch ist. 😉

We look for a new collectivista in the Lawine for the development of the goat herd and the cheese production!

We are the farming collective Lawine on the Neuendorf im Sande estate, about an hour east of Berlin. Since 2020 we have been building up the agriculture here and cultivating the surrounding 16 hectares of farmland in the form of a community supported agriculture. At the moment we are growing vegetables for our 80 Solawi members from the region all year round on approx. 1-2ha, we are dealing with the long-term development of near-natural pastures for our two working horses and a growing herd of milk goats. In addition, nature conservation areas in the form of flowering areas, trees and hedges are being created on the entire estate. We work as a collective. At the moment there are 7 farmers in the Lawine with a wide variety of backgrounds and learning paths from the fields of vegetable cultivation, animal keeping, cheese production, agroforestry and handicrafts. Some of us have done apprenticeship, some teach themselves everything, some have studied organic farming, some have done the Demeter education. We make decisions together, responsibilities are distributed among everyone, although there are certainly focal points in the various work areas. At the moment we are seven women in the collective and we want to stay a WLINTA*-collective. Short time work is also possible with a not-WLINTA* person. We practice recognizing and reflecting on hierarchical and patriarchal structures in our everyday work and life. We want to treat each other with respect and learn from each other.

WLINTA* is a short version for Women, Lesbian, Inter, Non-binary, Trans, Agender persons.

The Lawine is part of the larger community project Zusane (Zusammen in Neuendorf S.A.N.D.E. e.V.) on the Neuendorf im Sande estate. The Zusane project group took over the estate in 2018 and is now a group of 25 adults and a few children who have set themselves the task of filling the estate with new life, renovating apartments and spaces for craft, agricultural, artistic, and social purposes to create projects. The estate also has a Jewish history, which is to be processed and made accessible to the public. Besides us, about 20 tenants live on the place, who have known the estate as their home for a long time. We, as Lawine, are part of this project and not only see ourselves as responsible in agriculture, but also in the overall development of this place and the Zusane Group with all its beautiful and uncomfortable sides.

We are now looking for another collectivista in the Lawine for the development of the goat herd and the cheese production!

We have already started building a herd of goats since 2021. Right now, we have 11 goats and 2 goatlings, for whom we have already built a small stable and a temporary cheese kitchen for our own use. The long-term idea of this project is to set up a herd of 40 dairy goats and cheese production for the existing Solawi and the region. This development plan includes a larger stable building, a professional cheese dairy and the establishment of various marketing channels. In addition, the work includes the everyday tasks, such as taking care of and milking the animals, producing cheese for personal use, and tending the pastures, etc. So far, one person from our collective has been responsible for this, which is far too little in terms of capacity. We are therefore looking for a person (WLINTA*) who has already gained experience in working with dairy animals and/or cheese production – this is a basic requirement. Furthermore, we need someone who would like to take main responsibility for the development of this project of Lawine at the same level and together with the already involved person of the collective. Someone who bring their own ideas and would like to see together where things could go! It is also important for us that the new collectivista can communicate in English, since our "lawinisch" is a mix of German, English, Spanish and Portuguese. 😉

Buscamos otre colectivista en Lawine para el desarrollo del rebaño caprino y la producción de queso

Somos el colectivo de agricultores Lawine en la finca Neuendorf im Sande, aproximadamente a una hora al este de Berlín. Desde 2020 hemos estado construyendo agricultura aquí y cultivando las 16 hectáreas de tierras de cultivo circundantes en forma de agricultura solidaria. En este momento estamos cultivando verduras para nuestros 75 miembros de la región durante todo el año en aprox. 1-2ha, nos ocupamos del desarrollo a largo plazo de pastos naturales para nuestros dos caballos de trabajo y un rebaño creciente de cabras lecheras.
Además, se están creando áreas de conservación de la naturaleza en forma de áreas de flores, árboles y setos en toda la propiedad.
Trabajamos como un colectivo. En este momento hay 7 granjeras en Lawine con una amplia variedad de antecedentes y trayectorias de aprendizaje en los campos de cultivo de hortalizas, cría de animales, producción de queso, agrosilvicultura y artesanías. Algunas de nosotras hemos hecho capacitación estatal, algunas hemos hecho autoaprendizaje, algunas hemos estudiado agricultura orgánica, algunas hemos realizado la educación de Demeter. Las decisiones las tomamos en conjunto, las responsabilidades se reparten entre todes, aunque ciertamente hay puntos focales en las distintas áreas de trabajo. El colectivo se compone en la actualidad de siete mujeres y queremos permanecer en un grupo FLINTA*. Paratrabajos de corto plazo la participación de personas no-FLINTA* es para nosotrasuna opción.Practicamos reconocer y reflexionar sobre las estructuras jerárquicas y patriarcales en nuestro trabajo y vida cotidianas. Queremos tratarnos con respeto y aprender unas de otras.

FLINTA* es un acortamiento Alemán para “Frauen, Lesben, Inter, Nicht-Binäre, Trans, Agender Personen“, que significa mujeres, lesbianas, inter, no binario, personas trans y agender.

Lawine es parte del proyecto comunitario más amplio Zusane (Zusammen in Neuendorf S.A.N.D.E. e.V.) en la finca Neuendorf im Sande. El grupo de proyecto Zusane se hizo cargo de la finca en 2018 y ahora es un grupo de 25 adultos y algunos niños que se han dado a la tarea de llenar de nueva vida la finca, rehabilitando apartamentos y espacios con fines artesanales, agrícolas, artísticos y sociales para crear proyectos. La finca también tiene una historia judía llena de acontecimientos, que debe ser procesada y puesta a disposición del público. Además de nosotros, viven en el sitio unos 20 inquilinos, que conocen la finca como su hogar desde hace mucho tiempo. Nosotras, como Lawine, somos parte de este proyecto y no solo nos vemos como responsables en la agricultura, sino también en el desarrollo general de este lugar y del Grupo Zusane con todos sus lados hermosos e incómodos.

Ahora buscamos otre colectivista en Lawine para el desarrollo del rebaño caprino y la producción de queso

Ya hemos comenzado a construir un rebaño de cabras en 2021. En este momento tenemos 11 cabras y 2 cabritos, para quienes ya hemos construido un pequeño establo y una quesería temporal para nuestro uso. La idea a largo plazo de este proyecto es establecer un rebaño de 40 cabras lecheras y producción de queso para la Solawi existente y la región. Este plan de desarrollo incluye la construcción de un establo más grande, una quesería profesional y el establecimiento de varios canales de comercialización. Además del trabajo cotidiano, como el cuidado y ordeño de los animales, la producción de queso para uso personal, el cuidado de los pastos, etc... Hasta ahora, solo una persona de nuestro colectivo ha sido responsable de esto, que es demasiado poco en términos de capacidad. Por lo tanto, buscamos a una persona (FLINTA*) que ya haya adquirido experiencia en el trabajo con animales lecheras y/o en la producción de queso. Además, necesitamos a alguien a quien le gustaría asumir conjuntamente la responsabilidad principal del desarrollo de este proyecto de Lawine, traer sus propias ideas y que le gustaría ver a dónde podrían ir las cosas. También es importante para nosotras que le nueve colectivista pueda comunicarse en inglés, ya que nuestro "lawinisch" es una mezcla de alemán, inglés, español y portugués. 😉
