Liebe Freund*Innen von ZUSANE,

wir, die Menschen vom Gutshof Neuendorf im Sande, haben viel vor!

Vorhandene Wohnungen werden saniert und renoviert, Scheunen und Ställe umgebaut, neuer Wohnraum geschaffen, Dächer und Fassaden müssen erneuert werden, alte Heizsysteme nachhaltig umgebaut und neue Rohre verlegt werden…. Die Liste ist lang… Und: Gemeinsame Räume fehlen in unserer Region – wir wollen diese Lücke schließen.

Zusammen in Neuendorf – S.A.N.D.E. e.V. ist mittlerweile Wohn- und Lebensraum von ca. 40 Menschen (zw. 3 und 80 Jahren). Auch verschiedene Vereine¹, Betriebe² und Initiativen³ haben ihren Platz auf dem alten Gutshof. Wir sind ein Ort für Begegnung und Austausch, Gespräche und Zusammensein.

Seit 2018 bewirtschaften wir den ehemaligen Gutshof bei Fürstenwalde in Ost-Brandenburg – und haben schon etliche Baustellen⁴ geschafft, dank eurer Hilfe. Doch der Sanierungsstau, den uns die BImA (Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben) hinterlassen hat, beschäftigt uns weiterhin.

Um das alles zu bewerkstelligen brachen wir jede Menge Geld – und damit kommt ihr ins Spiel.

Mit eurer finanzielle Unterstützung – in Form von Spenden oder Darlehen⁵ können wir weitere Baustellen angehen, denn auch Kleinvieh macht bekanntlich Mist und ZUSAMMEN schaffen wir es Stück für Stück unsere Bauvorhaben abzuschließen.

Unsere Baustellen organisieren und verwalten wir selbst, vergeben Aufträge an lokale Firmen oder Kollektivbetriebe. Wir wollen nachhaltig bauen und die unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Gebäude u.a. der ehemaligen Hachschara-Stätte erhalten.

Dear friends of ZUSANE,

We, the people of the Neuendorf im Sande Gutshof, have big plans!

Existing homes are being renovated and refurbished, barns and stables converted, new living space created, roofs and facades need to be renewed, old heating systems sustainably converted and new pipes laid.... The list is long... And there is a lack of shared spaces in our region - we want to close this gap.

ZUSAMMEN in Neuendorf - S.A.N.D.E. e.V. is now a living space for around 40 people (aged between 3 and 80) and is also home to various associations¹, businesses² and initiatives³. We are a place for meeting and exchanging ideas³, talking and being together.

We have been managing the former Gutshof near Fürstenwalde in Brandenburg since 2018 - and have already completed a number of construction sites⁴ thanks to your help. However, the backlog of renovation work that the BImA (Federal Agency for Real Estate Management) has left us with is still keeping us busy.

A lot of money is needed to get it all done - and that's where you come in.

We need financial support - in the form of donations or loans⁵.

As we all know, even small animals make dung and TOGETHER we manage to complete our construction projects bit by bit.

We organize and manage our construction sites ourselves, awarding contracts to local companies or collective enterprises. We want to build sustainably and preserve the listed buildings, including the former Hachshara site.
