Um 18 Uhr gibt es leckeres Essen und ab 19 Uhr geht es mit Inhalt weiter.

Im Geist des internationalen Tages des bäuerlichen Widerstandes (17. April) möchten wir am 24. April das Thema Boden in den Fokus nehmen und einiges was damit zusammen hängt: Land grabbing, Zugang zu Land und anderen Naturressourcen, Nahrungsmittelerzeugung vs. erneuerbare Energie, Existenzgründung, Agrarreform uvm. Wie ist die Situation in Brandenburg? Gibt es Ähnlichkeiten zu den globalen Herausforderungen der Bäuerinnen? Welche Kämpfe werden von Bäuerinnen, Hirtinnen, Fischerinnen, Indigenen dazu geführt? Welche Lichtblicke gibt es?Wir haben zwei Gäste eingeladen, die uns Einblicke in das Thema geben werden, danach öffnen wir die Runde für einen gemeinsamen Austausch.

• Antje Hollander, aus der Gärtnerei Levenhof in Eggersdorf und von der Arbeitsgemeinschaft bäuerliche Landwirtschaft (AbL), gibt uns einen Einblick in die Situation von Bodenmarkt in Ostdeutschland und in die Herausforderungen junger Menschen, die in Landwirtschaft einsteigen wollen;
• Paula Gioia vom Hofkollektiv Bienenwerder und der AbL/La Via Campesina, berichtet von der jüngsten abgehaltenen Internationalen Konferenz über Agrarreform und ländliche Entwicklung in Kolumbien, den Analysen & Forderungen der sozialen Bewegungen und was jetzt so ansteht.

In the spirit of the International Day of Peasant Struggles (April 17), we would like to focus on the topic of land on April 24 and related issues: land grabbing, access to land and other natural resources, food production vs. renewable energy, new entrants in agriculture, agrarian reform, and much more. What is the situation in Brandenburg? Are there similarities to the global challenges faced by farmers? What struggles are farmers, pastoralists, fisher and Indigenous Peoples carring on this regard? What are the rays of hope?
We have invited two guests who will provide insights into the topic, after which we will open the floor for a group discussion.

• Antje Hollander, from the Gärtnerei Levenhof in Eggersdorf and the Arbeitsgemeinschaft bäuerliche Landwirtschaft (AbL), will provide insight into the land market situation in eastern Germany and the challenges faced by young people seeking to enter the agricultural sector;
• Paula Gioia from the Bienenwerder Farm Collective and AbL/La Via Campesina will report on the recent held International Conference on Agrarian Reform and Rural Development in Colombia, the analyses and demands of social movements, and what lies ahead.
